- Be able to read and understand construction drawings
- Must be able to lead a construction project on schedule and be proactive
- Self-motivated and a go-getter
- Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
- Verify all construction applications are being installed per specifications
- Create and distribute RFI’s as required for the Project’s success
- Update construction schedules with the Project Manager to ensure project completion within the promised timelines
- Review & Approve Submittals for different phases of work
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
- Responsible for leading all aspects of safety standards and creating awareness by demonstrating a commitment to an injury-free environment through individuals and mentoring others
- Conduct weekly safety meetings
